Sanctuary chairs are designed to last. Our fabric supplier offers a variety of fabric and frame color options to choose from. All of our chairs have a steel frame to allow for maximum weight capacity and a long-lasting design.
Our chairs feature industry-leading cold-cured foam on the seat’s backing and cushion to maximize the chair’s “staying power.”
All of our fabrics are chosen to be comfortable and have a low risk of ripping or wear and tear patterns during the chair’s lifespan.
Delivery time depends on multiple factors, some of which are out of our control. If you place an order, we’ll have it shipped as soon as possible. However, your shipping time will change based on location, order size, if the products are in stock, manufacturing time and more.
The best way to determine the delivery time is to contact us to discuss your order.
Our team will pack your sanctuary seating to minimize the risk of breakage and ensure that you’re happy with your delivered product. We ship our chairs using multiple options, depending on the order size.
Bulk, box and palletized shipping are available.
When ordering in bulk, we’ll shrink wrap and stack the chairs to allow us to deliver all of your chairs in one delivery when possible.
If you order brand new sanctuary seating, you receive some of the industry’s best warranties. We offer numerous warranties on different components of your chair, so you can be confident that your investment is safe for years to come.
Many of our steel frame chairs come with a lifetime warranty.
Upholstery warranties are either 5 or 10 years, depending on the chair. Foam portions of the chair are also under warranty for 10 – 15 years.
